Community Program Specialist

Jay is the Community Program Specialist for Moniteau County SB40 Board. As the Community Programs Specialist, Jay oversees the transportation department and takes individuals served out into the community to become more involved in their community. Jay has served the community as a firefighter on California City Fire Department for over 20 years, was previously employed with the State of Missouri Tax Department and worked as an EMT for Mid-Mo Ambulance District for over 12 years as well. Jay has lived in Moniteau County for over 20 years.  He has 2 children, 2 stepchildren and two grandchildren.
