Andrea Ashley

Residential Program Manager

Andrea began her career with the Moniteau County SB40 Board in December of 2009 as the Activity Center Supervisor. Over the years, she has filled many roles for the SB40 Board before settling in as our Program Manager. As the Program Manager, Andrea ensures that the individuals residing in Deerbrook II group home have the best possible care, welfare, safety, and security.  Andrea collaborates with everyone’s support team to make sure that their medical needs are being met, they have access to healthy meals, snacks, and activities. As well as promoting community inclusion. Andrea works closely with the Medical Supervisor and Facility Supervisor so that all Direct Support Professionals are well trained and verify that they are the appropriate fit for the individuals residing at Deerbrook II. 

Andrea is a lifelong resident of Moniteau County. She was a graduate of Jamestown High School and attended Missouri Valley College. She has two sons Noah and Chris who she feels are her greatest accomplishments. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her extended family and being outdoors.
